Turned up on time and was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Took the washing machine apart, replaced the faulty bits (had them in the van) and made sure the machine was working before tidying up and refitting the cabinet door. No unnecessary parts replaced or costs involved. This is the second or third time we've had a good experience with this firm and see no reason to use anyone else. They've also done our dishwasher!
Unprofessional
The worst people! I never seen such a service in this country. Rude and unprofessional... Not polite at all! They are good for nothing, they can't fix even a coffee machine. They charge you a lot of money and nothing its foxed, when you go back to them they saying you broke it! Very bad.. Avoid this workshop!!!
